Schuhmacher is a family business. A medium-sized company that operates internationally. As a family business, we take responsibility for our actions. That is why we ensure that our company is solidly financed and that we treat our partners, employees and customers with respect and fairness. We look for solutions, not problems. That is why we develop new ideas and optimal results together in our company and with our customers.

We are curious.

We are curious and excited to see what paths we will take in the future. We personally vouch for the quality of our services and work precisely in all areas of our company. And if we find a mistake, we rectify it and use it as an impetus to become even better.

We are international.

We are able to support our customers internationally and also open up new locations or markets. With our branch in the Czech Republic, for example, which has been developing very dynamically since 2000, we have responded in good time to the positive developments emerging in the Central European market.

We are competent.

Thanks to our two production sites in Germany and the Czech Republic, we are also able to reliably manufacture very high capacities. Our manufacturing expertise ranges from prototypes to series production in the millions, as well as the assembly of modules and systems. With our partner company B+ F Präzisionstiefbohr GmbH & Co KG, we have special specialists in deep drilling technology. Schuhmacher Technologies & Hydraulics GmbH has also been trading in hydraulic components on the market since 2017.

Schuhmacher is one of the first companies in Germany to be EMAS-certified. The careful use of our resources and the careful treatment of our environment and our natural habitat is one of our declared goals. Sustainability and sustainable action is not just a program for us, but a matter of the heart. We consistently invest in energy-efficient and environmentally friendly technologies - such as our new chip disposal system.

We are committed.

Schuhmacher Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH is a partner of the commercial schools in Spaichingen, the Inter-ETS. Schuhmacher is also a member of the non-profit association of turned parts manufacturers (GVD) and is committed to providing excellent training in the field of machining technology. We are a board member of the machining technology cluster and a driving force for innovation projects. Schuhmacher Präzisionsdrehteile GmbH is also involved in various social projects. This includes the (financial) support of various associations and organizations such as Schuhmuckl e.V., an organization founded and managed by our Managing Director. We support local clubs, kindergartens and schools so that they can implement their ideas and activities for our home region.

Welcome to Schuhmacher

Schuhmacher's main plant is located in Spaichingen (Baden-Württemberg) in the heart of a decidedly high-tech region. Thanks to medical technology and precision engineering, all areas of metalworking have been at home here between the Black Forest and the Swabian Alb for around 150 years. Today, however, mechanical engineering, mechatronics and electronics also play a major role. This is where we find the Swabian, meticulous and well-trained employees that high-end production like ours requires. Here we find ourselves in a technical-industrial environment that gives us plenty of inspiration and challenges us to constantly improve.
